摘要 以硅酸盐水泥为主要胶凝材料,自制的优质硅气凝胶粉体复配其他材料作为保温骨料,采取骨料复合、颗粒级配、内掺改性剂等手段对玻化微珠保温砂浆的性能进行了优化研究,设计出一种新型硅气凝胶玻化微珠复合绝热保温砂浆,并讨论了各种因素对保温砂浆性能的影响规律。实验结果表明,通过优化配方,复掺硅气凝胶粉保温骨料,掺入粉煤灰可以优化玻化微珠保温砂浆的性能。 Portland cement as the main cementing material, made of high quality silicon airgel powder complex aggregate of other materials as insulation, some measures to optimize the properties of vitrified microsphere insulation mortar were used, such as composite aggregate, suitable particle grading, admixed with modifier and so on, a new type of glass beads of silicon airgel composite insulation mortar has designed. The effects of the components on the properties of the insulation mortar was discussed. The result show that by optimizing the mix proportion and blended with silica airgel powder and increasing insulation aggregate, incorporation of fly ash can obviously improve the comprehensive properties of mortar.
