摘要 对掺有UEA膨胀剂的大流动度水泥砂浆的膨胀率、流动度和强度进行了研究,利用X射线衍射、SEM等测试手段从水泥水化程度及水化产物微观形貌分析了UEA的膨胀机理。结果表明:UEA膨胀剂是以活性硅酸铝(SiO2·2Al2O3)、活性氧化铝(Al2O3)为早期膨胀源,明矾石(KAl3(SO4)3(OH)6)为中期膨胀源,通过水化生成较多的AFt来补偿水泥砂浆的收缩。 The expansivity, fluidity and strength of cement mortar mixed with UEA was studied. The expansion mechanism of UEA was studied from the degree of hydration and micropattern of hydration products by means of XRD, SEM,etc. The results show that it has activated aluminum silicate (SiO2·2Al2O3) and activated alumina (Al2O3) as early expansion source, and the alunite (KAl3 (SO4)a (OH)6 ) as a source of medium-term expansion. Sufficient AFt was produced in the process of hydration, which could effectively compensate the shrinkage of cement mortar.
