实体面材填料化学组成硅、钙、铝含量的快速测定

摘要 实体面材的填料部分对其整体性能影响较大,然而,实体面材填料化学组成含量的快速测定研究较少。运用手持式能量色散型X射线荧光光谱技术实现了实体面材填料氢氧化铝(Al(OH)3)、二氧化硅(SiO2)、碳酸钙(CaCO3)组成含量的快速测定,检测限可以达到1.0%,并且3min内可以完成填料中钙、铝、硅含量的测定,该研究成果为相关产品的市场监管提供了一种快速检测的方法。 The filied materials play a greater role on its overall performance in the solid surface material. Ho- wever, the fast determination of chemical component content of the filled materials in the solid surface material is rare- ly studied. A fast testing method which uses handheld type energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy to determine the component content of aluminum hydroxide, silica, calcium carbonate was reported, It has a detection limit of 1.0%, and only consumes three minutes to complete the detection of calcium, aluminum, silicon content in the filled materials, which provides a rapid testing method for market regulation and market manipulation of the related products.
