摘要 采用SQC-100高焓等离子喷涂设备喷涂WC/Co粉末,制备了高抗磨损复合涂层。表征和分析了WC/Co涂层的微观组织结构、显微硬度、孔隙率、抗磨损性能,并探讨了涂层的摩擦磨损机理。结果表明:获得的WC/Co涂层的孔隙率为0.87%,平均显微硬度达1197.2HV0.2,涂层抗摩擦磨损性能是基体抗摩擦磨损性能的143倍。WC/Co涂层具有优良抗磨损性能的根本原因在于涂层中存在WC,它使得涂层的显微硬度得到大幅度的提高,从而提高了涂层的抗磨损性能。 High anti-wear coatings were prepared by SQC-100 high enthalpy plasma spraying using WC/Co powder. The microstructure, micro-hardness, porosity, and anti-wear performance were characterized. Friction and wear mechanism were analyzed as well. The result showed that the coatings had 0. 87% porosity, the average micro- hardness reached to 1197. 2HV0.2. The anti-wear property of the coating was more than 143 times to the stainless steel matrix, which effectively improve the anti-wear performance of the matrix, The reason of high anti-wear performanee of WC/Co coating was WC existed in the coating, which improved the coating micro-hardness and anti-wear performance.
