滑动速度与载荷对PTFE基复合材料磨损率的影响 被引量:6

摘要 PTFE基自润滑复合材料是一种常用的空间活动机构轴承保持架材料。为了研究此材料的摩擦学性能,指导自润滑轴承的加速寿命试验,在3种转速、4种载荷试验条件下,使用环-块摩擦试验机,按照ASTM标准G176-03指导开展了试验。通过试验后摩擦面形貌及磨痕宽度,计算了在不同工况下的体积磨损率。结果表明:在同样的载荷下,磨损率随着滑动速度的增加而明显增加,尤其在高载荷(60N)条件下,不同滑动速度试样之间的磨损率相差最大。相同滑动速度下,磨损率随着载荷的增加而增加。不同的是在低速下增加趋势不明显,在高速下增加趋势变得显著。 A sort of PTFE/MoS2/glass fibre polymer composite has been extensively used as bearing cage material by spatial moving parts for many years. For studying the friction properties of this composite and directing the further accelerated life tests of self-lubricated bearings, a series of tests with 3 sliding velocities and 4 loads, have been operated using block-on-ring testing machine, under instructions of the ASTM G77-05 standard. The experimental results were as follows: at the same load, the wear rate of the composite increased with the rise of the sliding velocity, especiall for 60 N. At the same sliding velocity, the wear rate increased with the rise of the sliding velocity. However, this increase trend is more obvious at the high velocity than at the low one.
