宏观组合型金属-块石复合遮弹材料制备技术及抗侵彻性能

摘要 研究了宏观组合型金属-块石复合遮弹材料的结构组成,并探讨分析了浇注成型工艺和粘结成型工艺,通过抗侵彻试验研究了金属-块石复合遮弹材料的抗侵彻性能,分析了芯材强度和弹速对抗侵彻性能的影响,并与高性能混凝土的抗侵彻性能作了对比分析,结果表明,宏观组合型金属-块石复合遮弹材料具有优异的抗侵彻性能。 Structure of macro-style metal-rock shielding composite was studied, the process of casting and bonding was discussed. Anti penetration performance of metal rock shielding composite was studied through anti-penetration tests. Influence of core material strength and projectile speed was analyzed, and anti-penetration performance was compared with high performance concrete. The results show that the metal-rock shielding composite has excellent anti pcnetration performance.
