数字X线摄影对比平衡控件在诊断老年胸腰段椎体病变中的临床应用价值

Clinical value of balanced control of digital X-ray photography in diagnose of aged vertebral lesions of thoracolumbar segment

目的：探讨数字X线摄影对比平衡滑块控件在诊断老年胸腰段椎体病变中的临床应用价值。方法收集我院2010～2013年拍摄的100例老年胸腰段椎体数字X线摄影影像资料，回顾性调整对比平衡控件后，对调整前后的图像质量进行分析比较。结果通过调节对比平衡滑块控件后，各数字X线摄影片上椎体细节影像显示优于未调整前的影像，甲级片率较调节前提高23%。结论运用对比平衡滑块控件显著提高了老年胸腰段椎体数字X线摄影的影像质量，为疾病的正确诊断提供了更可靠的影像依据。

Objective To study the clinical value of balanced control of digital X-ray photography in diagnose of aged vertebral lesions of thoracolumbar segment. Methods 100 aged patients with vertebral lesions of thoracolumbar segment who were screened in our hospital from 2010 to 2013 were adjusted retrospectively to compare and analyze the image quality pre-and post adjustment. Results After the adjustment of balanced control, the image of vertebral details in digital X-ray photography was better and the increase of the first level image was 23%, than before adjustment. Conclusion The balance control of slider has significantly improved the image quality of digital X-ray photography in aged vertebral lesions of thoracolumbar segment, has provided more reliable pictorial basis for accurate diagnosis of disease.
