急性脊髓炎患者的临床护理分析

Clinical care of patients with acute myelitis

目的：研究分析急性脊髓炎的临床护理措施。方法选取我院自2013年12月～2014年8月治疗的急性脊髓炎患者50例，分为对照组及治疗组，每组患者25例，对照组给予常规护理，治疗组在常规护理的基础上进行个性护理。比较两组患者的护理结果。结果治疗组患者对护理的满意度及自我效能感均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对急性脊髓炎患者的全面、系统护理可以有效地预防及减少各种并发症的发生，对急性脊髓炎的救治成功起到非常重要的作用，具有非常重要的临床意义。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical care measures of acute myelitis. Methods 50 case with acute myelitis in our hospital from December 2013 to August 2014 were selected, they were divided into the control group and the treatment group, each group had 25cases, the control group was given conventional care, the treatment group was given personalized care based on the conventional care, compared the care results of the two groups. Results Care satisfaction and self-efficacy of the treatment were both higher than the control group, The results had significantly different（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive, systematic and effective preventive care can reduce the incidence and complications of acute myelitis, it plays a very important role in the successful treatment of acute myelitis, it has a very important clinical significance.
