腔内微波与传统手术治疗原发性下肢静脉曲张的疗效对比研究

目的：比较腔内微波与传统大隐静脉高位结扎加剥脱术治疗原发性下肢静脉曲张的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2013年2月～2014年5月来我院就诊的下肢静脉曲张患者113例共131条肢体，对照组56例（65条肢体），采用传统大隐静脉高位结扎加剥脱术治疗，观察组57例（66条肢体），采用微波血管腔内微创手术治疗，比较手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量，术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间及住院时间短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组并发症发生率为4.55%，对照组为12.31%，观察组低于对照组，两组有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论微波血管腔内治疗下肢静脉曲张对患者造成的创伤较小，术中出血量少，能快速恢复，缩短了住院时间，安全性高，对美观无影响。

Objective To compare the efficacy of primary varicose veins treated with Microwave cavity and conventional surgical. Methods 113 patients with varicose veins（included 131 limbs）selected from February 2013 to May 2014 to our hospital were retrospective analyzed, the control group had 56 patients （65 limbs）, all of them used conventional high ligation and saphenous vein stripping surgery treatment, the observation group had 57 patients （66 limbs）, all of them used microwave endovascular minimally invasive surgery. The surgery time, hospitalization time, blood loss in the operation, postoperative complications of two groups were compared. Results The operative time and hospital stay of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the blood loss was less than that of the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. The Complication rate of the observation group was 4.55%, the control group was 12.31%, the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Microwave trauma endovascular treatment of varicose veins cause less patient, less blood loss, rapid recovery, shorter hospital stay, safe, no effect on appearance.
