冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变的不同介入途径选择及相关技术 被引量：9

摘要 冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变（chronic total occlusion,CTO）一般指冠状动脉完全闭塞且闭塞时间超过3个月的病变[1]。在过去,由于其特殊的病理及解剖特点,虽然经过严格挑选病例,其手术成功率只有50%~70%[2-5]。近年来,随着介入医师经验的不断积累,技术的逐步完善和器材的不断更新,CTO病变的手术成功率可达80%以上[6-9]。尽管如此,其手术成功率仍显著低于非CTO病变,且并发症发生率高,
