摘要 舍格伦综合征（Sjogren Syndrome，SS）是一种自身免疫性疾病Ll_．在人群中的发病率大约是0．1％～0．6％．多见于中年女性．女性与男性的发病比例大约是9：1．这提示性激素可能与疾病的发病有关嘲。该疾病表现为外分泌腺的进行性破坏．从而引起眼干、口干、唾液腺及泪腺肿大、类风湿性关节炎等结缔组织疾病。该疾病也可以累及其他器官，如胸腺、肺、肝脏、肾脏等器官的损伤凹，并且伴随着许多自身抗体的产生。
