重症肺炎患儿静息能量消耗研究进展

摘要 重症肺炎是儿童重症监护病房(PICU)中的常见病和多发病,是引起儿童死亡的首要病因[1].儿童死亡病因评估报告显示,全球儿童年均死亡1 060万,其中5岁以下死因中重症肺炎占19%(潜在原因营养不良者占53%)[2].在世界范围内,每年有1.56亿肺炎患儿,其中1.51亿在发展中国家.而我国每年肺炎发病人数高达2 100万人.在所有肺炎患儿中有7%~13%的属于重症肺炎,可直接威胁患儿生命[3].Bistrian[4]研究表明,超过25%的重症肺炎患儿入院时已存在急性或慢性营养不良,并在住院期间进一步恶化.
