摘要
目的:探讨家庭支持对维持性血液透析患者自我管理的影响。方法:采用家庭支持量表和血液透析患者自我管理行为问卷,对福建泉州市某三级甲等综合医院血透室80例维持性血液透析患者进行问卷调查。结果:80名维持性血液透析患者自我管理行为总得分为(77.06±13.817)分;家庭支持总得分为(10.94±2.812)分;高家庭支持组患者的自我管理水平高于低家庭支持组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家庭支持水平高的患者自我管理能力高,应充分重视家庭支持对其的影响,在治疗过程中通过正确引导家庭支持提高其自我管理能力。
Objective：By discussing the family support and maintenance hemodialysis patients with self-management, the relationship between objective understanding family support, the effects of self-management in patients with maintenance hemodialy-sis. Methods：The family support scale and hemodialysis patient self -management behavior questionnaire, a level of first -class comprehensive hospital hemodialysis room in Quanzhou city, Fujian province survey of 80 patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Results：Maintenance hemodialysis patients level of family support for the self-management shadow significantly （P〈0. 05）. Con-clusion：High level of family support in patients with high self management ability, should pay attention to the influence of family sup-port for its, in the process of treatment through the guidance of correct family support to improve their ability of self-management.
