摘要
目的探讨全身辐射对创伤后不同时间皮肤愈合的时效关系。方法采用60Coγ射线1~8Gy全身照射复合2.5%体表面积全层皮肤创伤(放创复合伤)模型。结果1~6Gy放射损伤时则分别延迟0.3、0.8、1.1、3.5、6.2和9.5d,与单纯创伤组相比,复合4Gy以上即有明显的愈合延迟作用。统计显示,1~8Gy放创复合伤后3~30d,各剂量组与未愈合创面%之间均有明显的效应关系变化。并推导出8个时间效应关系公式。结论放创复合伤时皮肤创面愈合延迟有明显的时间效应特点。
Objective To investigate the influence of total body irradiation (TBI) on healing of cutaneous wounds.Methods Rats were irradiated from a 60Co γ ray source with single dosage varied from 1-8 Gy.Within 1 h after irradiation, two whole thickness circular cutaneous wounds (2.5%TBSA) were made on the shaved backsite of rats.Results After combined with 1-6 Gy TBI,the average time of wounds healing were delayed by 0.3,0.8,1.1,3.5?6.2 and 9.5 d respectively.It was significantly retarded in rats combined with doses over 4 Gy TBI.Statistical results showed that during 3~30 d, wounds combined with 1-8 Gy TBI during 3-30 d.Eight time effect relation formulae were deduced according to statistical analysis.Conclusion The retardation of healing cutaneous wounds combined with TBI displays significant time effect relation.
