摘要
针对当前船舶修理过程的特点和存在的问题,结合目前船舶修理企业的现状,提出了基于Multi Agent System(MAS)的船舶修理企业生产管理模型,建立了管理Agent(MA)、报价Agent(QA)、修理单Agent(OA)、生产Agent(PA)、检测Agent(IA)和安全Agent(SA),并论述了各Agent的功能。同时,基于MAS构建PA,PA包括资源Agent(RA),外包工人Agent(WA)和任务Agent(TA)。各Agent之间信息共享和传递,实现数据流和业务流的集成。
Aiming at the characteristics and problems of the ship repair process, combining with the current conditions of Chinese ship repair enterprises, the production management modelling of ship repair based on MAS was put forward in this paper. The Management Agent (MA), Quotation Agent (QA), Order Agent (OA), Production Agent (PA), Inspection Agent (IA) and Safety Agent(SA)were built and their functions were described. PA was also built based on MAS and it included Resources Agent(RA), Worker Agent(WA)and Task Agent(TA). Each Agent shared the information and realized the integration of data flow and business flow.
