摘要
以邻硝基甲苯为主要原料,经甲酸铵-锌粉还原制备了N-(2-甲基苯基)羟胺。考察了还原剂种类、还原温度和时间对反应的影响,对反应的后处理过程进行了简化。改进后的工艺具有生产成本低、收率高、操作简便和宜于工业化生产等优点。由于N-(2-甲基苯基)羟胺在空气中不稳定,尝试了将该步反应与制备N-羟基-N-(2-甲基苯基)氨基甲酸甲酯的反应连续进行,取得了较好的效果。
The preparation of N-2-methylphenyl hydroxyamine from o-nitrotoluene in ammonium formate/zinc system was studied, and the reaction conditions were optimized. This improved process is easy to scale up with lower cost, simple and convenient operation. As it is unstable in the air, the N-2-methylphenyl hydroxyamine thus formed was further converted into carbamate by reaction with methyl chloroformate.
