生态理念引领的工业用地转型路径研究——以上海桃浦科技智慧城规划为例

Research of the Industrial Land Transformation Leading by Ecological Idea: A Case Study of Shanghai Taopu Smart City Planning

在长期快速的城市化过程中,大城市中心区存留了众多工业用地。近年来,各城市大多经历了大规模的"退二进三"进程。梳理了城市中心区工业用地转型存在的主要路径,着重分析了生态理念引领工业用地的转型路径及其将会带来环境、经济、社会等各方面效益。同时,以上海桃浦工业区工业用地转型为例,结合规划实践,探讨以生态理念引领的工业用地转型的规划方法。希望通过此类生态理念的导入,使诸如桃浦工业区的类似地区在区域功能、产业业态、基础设施、环境品质等方面发生改变,使其潜在优势转化为现实价值,最终带动周边区域的整体转型。

During rapid urbanization process in the long run, the central area of the city retained a lot of industrial lands. In recent years, many cities experienced large-scale ＆quot;retreat into three＆quot; process. This paper aims to clarify the main way to transform industrial land that exist in urban centers. Taking the industrial land transformation research of Shanghai Taopu Area as an example, this paper digs of how to use ecological idea to play guide and media functions in promoting industrial land transformation process. By introducing such a public green area features, Taopu region wil change in industry formats, infrastructure, environmental quality, turning the potential advantages into real value, and ultimately lead the overal transformation of the surrounding area.
