摘要
教师绩效是高校功能呈现的逻辑支点。面对急剧变化的社会期盼带来的挑战,高校亟需反思现有绩效责任系统,并建立导向更为科学的教师评价制度来适应这一挑战。本研究利用自编量表并通过国内6所高校260名教师的问卷调查,用SPSS17.0进行探索性因子分析,得出高校教师绩效的四维度结构特征,即创新职能、业务素质、职业素养以及学习成长等四个维度。这对于全面把握高校教师绩效内涵,重构教师绩效责任系统具有现实启示意义。
Teachers'performance is the logical fulcrum of realizing the functions of Universities.Facing the challenge of expectation for the changing society,it is urgent to reflect on the existing university teachers'performance and responsibility system and then establish a better one.With self-made scale and questionnaire survey about 260 teachers from 6domestic universities as well as SPSS17.0statistical software,four dimensional structure characteristics are concluded about university teachers'performance,namely innovation,occupational accomplishment,service quality and growth in learning.It is far-reaching significant to grasp the era connotation of university teachers'performance and restructure its responsibility system.
