国内文化产业集团多元化经营瓶颈初探——以五大文化企业为例

A Preliminary Study on the Bottlenecks in Diversified Development of Domestic Cultural Enterprises——Taking Five Cultural Enterprises as Examples

近年来,中国文化产业兼并、重组现象增多加快,形成了一批结构多元的大型文化企业。本方试以江苏凤凰传媒集团、SMG、华谊兄弟传媒集团、西安曲江文化产业投资集团、万达文化产业集团等个案着手,既梳理其发展历程,亦提示其多元发展的瓶颈所在,目的在探索文化市场体系建设的方向。

With the development of cultural system reform in china,many cultural enterprises in recent years improve industrial structure and show a trend of diversified development by merger and acquisition.Taking the five cultural enterprises as examples,Phoenix Publishing and Media,INC,Shanghai Media Group,Huayi Bros.Media Group,Xi'an Qujiang Cultural Industry Investment Group,and Wanda Group of Cultural Industries,this paper sorted out the development history of these cultural enterprises,discussed the bottlenecks in diversified development of cultural enterprises,and tried to probe into the direction of cultural market system construction in China.
