豆渣DNA及其酶解物的体内抗氧化作用

摘要 研究豆渣DNA及其酶解物对正常小鼠的体内抗氧化作用。将80只昆明小鼠随机分为8组,每天分别灌胃VE(30 mg/kg)、生理盐水(NS)、不同剂量的DNA(30、60、120 mg/kg)及DNA酶解物(30、60、120 mg/kg)。30天后,取血、肝脏和脑,测定其中SOD、CAT、GSH-Px的活性及MDA含量。试验结果表明豆渣DNA及其酶解物均可以提高正常小鼠血清、肝脏和脑中SOD、CAT及GSH-Px活性,降低MDA含量,尤以DNA酶解物组效果为佳。此说明豆渣DNA及其酶解物均具有一定的抗氧化能力,且豆渣DNA酶解物的抗氧化能力强于豆渣DNA。 The antioxidant activity of DNA and its hydrolysates from soybean dregs in mice were studied. Eighty mice were divided into eight groups randomly, and administered with Vitamin E (VE), normal saline (NS), different doses of DNA (30, 60, 120 mg/kg) and hydrolysates (30, 60, 120 mg/kg) day respectively. The mice were decollated and blood serum, liver, brain were collected after 30 days, then CAT, SOD, GSH-Px activity and MDA content in serum, liver and brain of mice were examined. The results showed DNA and its hydrolysates from soybean dregs could improve the activity of SOD, CAT and GSH-Px in the serum, liver and brain and decrease the contents of MDA in the mice, especially the hydrolysates. In conclusion, DNA and its hydrolysates from soybean dregs had the significantly antioxidant activity in vivo, and the hydrolysates were better than DNA.
