摘要 采用湿法消解技术处理样品,建立了ICP-AES法测定山葡萄籽中Ca、K、P、Mg、Al、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、Sn、Mo、Cr、Ni、Pb、Cd、V、Co和Hg 18种无机元素的方法。结果表明:山葡萄籽中含有种类丰富的无机元素,含量依次为Ca〉K〉P〉Mg〉Al〉Mn〉Fe〉Cu〉Zn〉Sn〉Mo〉Cr〉Ni〉Pb〉Cd〉V〉Co〉Hg,其中Pb、Cd、V、Co和Hg含量均〈0.1 mg/kg,该方法的RSD为1.0%~20.8%(n=10),平均加标回收率98.33%~102.96%(n=6)。该方法精密度高、重现性好,完全满足山葡萄籽中无机元素的测定的要求。结合前人研究成果,揭示了山葡萄籽具有较高的营养和保健价值。 An Inductively Coupled Plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) for determination of the contents of 18 inorganic elements (Ca, K, P, Mg, Al, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, Sn, Mo, Cr, Ni, Pb, Cd, Ni, V, Co and Hg) in wild grape seed after wet digestion of the sample had been established. The results showed that the inorganic element species in g wild grape seed are abundant, and the content is Ca〉K〉P〉Mg〉Al〉Mn〉Fe〉Cu〉Zn〉Sn〉Mo〉Cr〉Ni〉Pb〉Cd〉Hg〉V〉Co〉Hg, The contents of Pb, Cd, V, Co and Hg were less than 0.1mg/kg. The relative standard deviations were from 1.0%to 20.8%(n=10), and the average recoveries were from 98.33%to 102.96%(n=6) under the optimized conditions. Repeated validations indicated that this method was precise, sensitive and reproducible for the determination of biological elements in various wild grape seed. The comprehensive research results of the authors and previous researchers show that wild grape seed has high nutrition and health protection value.
