摘要
亚麻籽富含α-亚麻酸、木酚素及可溶性膳食纤维等保健成分,对心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、肥胖、癌症等慢性病预防有益,是一种当今倍受关注的功能性食品。分析了亚麻籽的营养活性成分及其特点,对亚麻籽慢性病预防功能的人群研究进行综述,并揭示了我国亚麻籽开发前景。
Flaxseed contains functional constituents such asα-linolenic acid, lignans and soluble dietary fiber. Flaxseed has positive implications for prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, obesity, cancer and other chronic disease. It is a functional food that has recently gained attention. This paper analyzed the nutrient and functional composition of flaxseed and its characteristics , reviewed human studies on chronic disease effects of flaxseed, pointed out exploitation prospects of flaxseed.
