摘要
MULPIC控制系统的优化是捉高宽厚板产品性能的重要措施..随着新产品的开发和产品分类的精细化,宽厚板事业部对冷却均匀性和终冷温度控制精度都提出了更高的要求.本文结合莱钢宽厚板生产线实际情况,利用“位置+速度”耦合技术对MULPIC加速冷却控制系统进行优化,来提高厚板产品质量,更好地满足市场需求。
The optimization of MULPIC control system is an important measure to improve the performance of heavy plates. With the development of new products and the refinement of product classification, the higher requirements for the cooling uniformity and finishing cooling temperature control accuracy were put forward in the heavy plate business division. In this paper, combined with the actual situation of Laigang heavy plate production line, by using " location + speed" coupling technology, the optimization of MULPIC accelerated coolingcontrol system was carried out to improve the quality of heavy plates and bet- ter meet the market demands.
