通过棒材表面酸洗、氮氧分析、扫描电镜能谱仪和金相显微镜等手段,对特钢新区所生产MSL-1热扎管坯钢的表面裂纹进行观察、检验,研究了棒材在生产过程中产生表面裂纹的原因,并采取了相应措施.
