澳式手法治疗神经根型颈椎病

Nerve root type of cervical spondylopaphy treated by Australian manipulation of massage therapy

目的探讨澳式手法治疗颈椎病的疗效。方法运用澳式手法治疗30例神经根型颈椎病患者,并与传统推拿手法治疗30例对照组比较,两组均每周治疗5次,30min/次。结果试验组的显效率、治疗时间及远期疗效明显优于对照组。结论澳式手法治疗神经根型颈椎病具有独到之处,可做为临床康复手段加以推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficiency of Australian manipulation of massage therapy.Methods 30 cases in nerve root type of cervical spondylopaphy were treated with Australian manipulation of massage therapy for 30 min,5 times a week, a treating course consisted of 10 treatments.The therapeutic effect was compared with that of the routine manipulation of massage therapy after the treatment finished.Results The therapeutic effect, treating course and prolonged therapeutic effect in cases with Australian manipulation were superior to cases treated by routine manipulation.Conclusion Australian manipulation of massage therapy is unique and available for spreading application in clinic.
