Discussion to Reduce Failure Rate of Dedusting Equipment

通过对水钢4号高炉矿槽除尘系统存在问题的分析，发现影响除尘设备正常运行的主要因素是除尘设备的维护、操作不当，设计存在不足等，采取了相应措施，包括加强管理、优化设备操作、加强设备维护、改进不合理的工艺结构。

By analyzing problems in dedusting system for ore channel of No.4 blast furnace in Shuigang, we found that main factors to influence normal operation of dedusting equipment are inap- propriate design and operation and maintenance of dedusting equipment. So we took countermeasures such as strengthening management, optimizing operation, reinforcing maintenance and improving in- appropriate processes.
