摘要
提出了典型复合材料襟翼结构设计方案,包括结构形式及铺层设计。在此基础上,采用MSC.PATRAN建立复合材料襟翼有限元模型,利用MSC.NASTRAN进行有限元分析,给出了主要构件的强度计算结果,证明该设计方案合理可行,并满足减重设计要求。
Including structure configuration and layer design, the structure design plan of typical composite flap was proposed in this paper. Then the model of composite flap was established with MSC.PATRAN, and the strength of the flap was analyzed with MSC.NATRAN software. The resuhs showed the design plan of composite flap is feasible and satisfied with the weight reducing requirements.
