摘要
采用ABAQUS软件建立典型壁板搭接区试验件三维实体有限元模型,并进行应力分析,获得搭接区钉孔最大应力;运用应力严重系数法和线性损伤累积理论对典型壁板搭接区试验件在随机载荷谱作用下的疲劳特性进行计算分析,给出了试验件疲劳寿命预估值;计算结果满足目标寿命要求。将分析结果与试验件的疲劳耐久性试验结果进行对比,发现寿命预估值与试验结果吻合较好。
By setting the 3D-finite element model, using ABAQUS, an analysis on the stress of the typical panel lap joints was carried out to get the maximum stress of rivet hole in that joints. Under action of random load spectrum, the stress severity factor method and the linear accumulated damage theory were used to calculate the fatigue feature and lifetime of the panel to be tested. The calculations meet the target lifetime requirement. It was found, after comparisnn between analysis results and the tested fatigue durability result, that the estimated life and test results fit well.
