摘要
基于浙江259份农民工的问卷调查数据,回归分析了人力资本、社会资本和心理资本等个体因素对农民工职业成长的影响。结果表明:人力资本变量中培训次数和换工次数均对农民工被提拔次数正向影响显著;总务工年限对工资提升、岗位调整次数、被提拔次数正向影响显著。社会资本作用有限,仅亲朋好友间的联系频繁程度与被提拔次数以及聚会花费与岗位调整次数呈弱相关。韧性等心理资本因素对工资提升和岗位调整次数正向影响显著。
Based on 259 questionnaires of migrant workers in Zhejiang province, this paper analyzes the influence of human capital, social capital and psychological capital on occupation growth. Results show that: training and the times of changing jobs have significantly positive influence on the occupation promotion; the length of service has significantly positive influence on wage growth, the number of post adjustment and occupation promotion. Social capital plays a limited role, and there are only weak correlation between contact frequency among relatives and friends and occupation promotion, and weak correlation between spend on party and the number of post adjustment. Psychological capital such as resilience plays a positive role in wage growth and the number of post adjustment.
