高校现代化视野下高校开展阳光体育运动的策略研究

Study on the strategy of sunshine sports in Colleges and universities in the view of modern

本文采用文献资料法,在体育现代化的理论视角下,提出了高校开展阳光体育运动的策略。研究结果表明:(1)高校体育现代化是高校现代化的重要组成部分,高校体育现代化主要是为了更好地提高大学生身体素质、运动技能、树立健身观念,这与开展阳光体育活动的本质是一致的;(2)高校体育现代化为更好地开展阳光体育活动提供了基础条件和意识形态。

In this paper,using the method of literature,in the perspective of modern sports, put forward the strategy of sunshine sports in Colleges and universities;the results show that,（1）of modern college sports is an important part of the modernization,modern college sports is mainly to improve college students＇physical quality,sports skills,set up fitness the idea,which is consistent with the essence of sunshine sports activities：（2）college sports modernization provides basic conditions and ideology in order to carry out the sunlight sports.
