客户关系管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,智能化的信息处理系统对客户信息进行收集、整理、加工和利用成为必然趋势.设计从实际出发,基于Web技术的客户关系管理系统实现了客户管理流程的动态处理,从而提高企业的管理水平、决策质量.
Customer relationship management is an important part of enterprise management, and intelligent information processing system for customer information collection, collation, processing and utilization has become an inevitable trend. The design from reality, Web-based Customer Relation- ship Management system to achieve the dynamic handling of customer management processes, thereby improving enterprise management level and the quality of decisions.
