摘要
对煤炭企业资源整合效果进行系统而全面地评价就需要选取影响其整合效果的因素。一个企业的人力、物力、财力、信息技术资源以及管理是直接评价其效率的关键性因素,本文将资源整合与以上各方面的因素相结合,得出一个能够系统地评价煤炭企业资源整合效果的体系,并以山西省煤炭企业为例,分析了资源整合所产生的影响和效果。
Systematically and comprehensively evaluate the resource integration effect of coal enterprise needs to select the factors of influencing integration effect. Human power, material and financial resources, information technology and management of an enterprise are the key factors to evaluate the efficiency. A system of systematical-ly evaluating coal enterprise resources integration effect is obtained by resources integration combining with the above aspects, and takes Shanxi province as an example, analyzes the influence and effect of resource integration.
