摘要
交互式教学作为一种全新的教学理念,以课堂为基础,以学生为中心,以培养学生创造性思维和习惯为手段,将解决现实问题的能力作为教学的根本目标。通过分析交互式教学方法的内涵和特点,从学生角色、教学过程、教学手段等五个方面比较交互式教学与传统方法的差异,提出合理设计课堂主题、引导学生主动学习、导演课堂研讨、重视课堂小结四个核心教学环节,结合经验总结出实施交互式教学的保障措施,解决目前德育课程教学普遍存在的教育理念偏差、教学内容指向性不强、教学方法运用有误区等突出问题,切实提高中职德育教学的针对性、实效性。
Interactive teaching is such a fresh training idea that is classroom-based, students-oriented, and aims to develop students' capabilities to resolve practical problems and nurture their creative thinking and habit. This paper firstly analyzes the method in terms of its applications and advantages. Then the paper compares and contrasts it with the traditional models from aspects of students' role, teaching process, and teaching approaches. After that, the paper proposes steps to apply this method to teach moral courses in the secondary vocational school, which begin with an appropriate teaching design, followed by an introduction and students' participation, and finished by a review. The paper concludes that is would be of great help to tackle problems like inappropriate educational ideology, less proper teaching contents, and ill-functioning methodologies etc., and improve the teaching effectiveness.
