摘要
本文首先阐述了教师自主发展的现状,然后从能力的发展规律、教师自身的优势、职业信念与评价自我等方面分析影响教师自主发展的内在因素,之后从认清自我的发展阶段、教学内容、学生的学习方式与学生的认识发展等方面指明了自主发展的着力点与方向,接着提出了实现教师螺旋式上升发展的途径措施以及教师自主发展的五种策略模式,最后对教师的自主发展提出了一些反思建议。
This paper firstly expounds the current situation of teachers' autonomous development. Then the paper analyzes its infl uential factors from perspectives of competence development principles, teachers' own advantages, career beliefs, and self evaluation. After that, the paper proposes approaches to promoting the development, such as raising awareness, designing specific learning contents, understanding students' learning styles and enhancing students' understanding. In addition, the paper puts forwards five practical strategies. Finally, the paper makes some suggestions as to strengthen the development.
