摘要
园本培训源于校本培训,它基于幼儿园、在幼儿园中、为了幼儿园,以其投资小、见效快、实效性强的特点,在幼儿园教师继续教育占有越来越重要的地位,成为教师继续教育的一个重要的组成部分,也是幼儿园教师专业发展的最佳途径之一。我区根据幼儿园实际情况,通过专家引领,加强培训,更新观念,过程引导,以幼儿园为主阵地、教师为主体、制度建设为保障、现代网络为平台构建园本培训新模式,探索区级教师培训机构在幼儿园园本培训中的作用。
As a subsystem of school-based training, the kindergarten-based training is playing an increasingly important role in teachers' continuing education in that it has manifested high practicality, and produced greater effect with less investment. This paper illustrates practice of this kind in the Tianhe District of Guangzhou, and summarizes some successful experiences to explore the teachers training school for kindergarten teachers training in respects of trainers participation, awareness, ideology, and process etc. In concrete,(1) training shall be rooted in the kindergarten;(2) training shall aims to teachers' professional development;(3) accommodating mechanism shall be erected;(4) modern internet shall be better exploited.
