摘要
本文介绍了目前电子产品研发过程中常用的几种测试电源的纹波与噪声的方法,并从选用的工具、测试原理等方面入手,分析这几种测试方法的优劣,从而得出最接近真实的纹波与噪声值的推荐方法。
This paper discusses several test methods of power supply ripple and noise that are popular to be seen used in electronic product development process.We will analysis which is better among these test methods,by their test principles and the tools they use. Finally,we can choose the best test method ,and then we can get the most accurate results.
