CTA、TOF-MRA、3D-DSA在颅内动脉瘤临床诊断中的效果评价 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨CTA、TOF-MRA、3D-DSA在颅内动脉瘤临床诊断中的效果。方法回顾性分析我院收治的36例疑颅内动脉瘤患者的临床资料,比较CTA、TOF-MRI、3D-DSA诊断颅内动脉瘤的敏感性和准确性,以及在显示动脉瘤细节上的优劣性。结果利用CTA方法检出颅内动脉瘤34个,TOF-MRA方法检出颅内动脉瘤30个,3D-DSA方法检出颅内动脉瘤36个。3种方法对颅内动脉瘤的检查准确率分别为94.44%、83.33%、100%。TOF-MRA方法对动脉瘤检出的准确率明显低于CTA方法与3D-DSA方法(P<0.05)。在动脉瘤细节及瘤颈显示方面3D-DSA方法明显优于3D-CTA、ToF-MRA方法(P<0.05)。结论 3D-DSA在诊断颅内动脉瘤的准确性以及显示动脉瘤的几何形态、瘤颈情况和周围血管上具有优势。FOF法MRA安全、无创、无辐射、无需造影剂,可作为动脉瘤筛查手段的首先方法,CTA扫描成像时间快可作为自发性蛛网膜下腔出血排除动脉瘤首先方法及可作动脉瘤夹闭后随访的主要方法。
