摘要
传统表面粗糙度测量仪存在大量缺点,针对目前对于粗糙度测量的需求,提出一种将Lab VIEW虚拟仪器技术引入粗糙度测量的方法。对原有测量仪的驱动箱电路进行改造,在计算机上用Lab VIEW可视化的虚拟仪器系统开发平台开发出新的表面粗糙度测量系统。该系统能够同时测量多个参数,精度高且数据处理能力强,实现了粗糙度测量评定一体化。
Traditional surface roughness measuring instrument has a lot of shortcomings. Based on the current demand for roughness measurement, a LabVIEW virtual instrument technology is presented as roughness measurement method. To modify the original measuring instrument's driving box circuit, LabVIEW visualization of virtual instrument system platform for the new surface roughness measurement is developed. The system can also measure multiple parameters with high precision and strong data processing ability, which also integrates the roughness measurement evaluation.
