摘要
为了更加准确的测量数据,减小测试误差,保持传感器高灵敏度的输出,本文提出了一种基于FPGA控制的多量程智能传感器,它是利用量程自动切换技术结合传感器、FPGA控制器、接口技术及数据传输等相关技术,使传感器能够根据振动信号的幅值自动选择最佳的测试量程。经试验测试验证,该传感器量程切换处的门限值误差为1.7%,具有良好的测量精度。
A FPGA controlled multiple range intelligent sensor was presented to get more accurate measurement, reduce the test error, and to maintain high sensitivity output of the sensor. Range automatic switching technology was apphed along with sensor technology, FPGA controller, interface technology, and data transmission, which allowed the the sensor automatically select the best test range based on the vibration signal validation. Experiments showed that the sensor switch range of threshold error was 1.7%, which had good measuring precision.
