Herbert螺钉联合带轴支架外固定治疗肱骨远端关节面骨折 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨应用Herbert螺钉联合带轴支架外固定治疗肱骨远端关节面骨折的疗效。方法选取2009年4月—2013年5月应用Herbert螺钉联合带轴支架外固定治疗肱骨远端关节面骨折50例,男21例,女29例,年龄40~70岁,平均51岁,均为新鲜闭合性肱骨远端关节面骨折。其中右侧27例,左侧23例,按Bryan-Morrey分型:Ⅰ型15例,Ⅱ型8例,Ⅲ型15例,Ⅳ型12例。结果 50例患者均获得随访,随访时间6~18个月,平均8个月。均无肘关节感染、骨化性肌炎以及神经损伤。按照Mayo肘关节功能评定标准,优35例,良8例,可7例,差0例,优良率达84%。结论采取开放复位Herbert螺钉内固定联合带轴支架外固定治疗肱骨远端关节面骨折,具有复位准确、固定牢固、对关节干扰小,可以早期进行肘关节屈伸功能锻炼和预后恢复良好的特点,值得在临床上广泛推广应用。
