老年子宫脱垂优质护理方法及效果分析

Analysis of the Method and Effect of High-quality Care for Elderly Patients with Uterine Prolapse

目的探讨老年子宫脱垂优质护理方法及效果。方法选取2013年6月—2014年6月该院50例老年子宫脱垂患者实施优质护理方案为实验组,50例老年子宫脱垂患者接受常规护理为对照组,对比两组护理效果及护理满意度。结果实验组护理满意度为92%,明显高于对照组的60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者抑郁及焦虑改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理方案有利于改善老年子宫脱垂患者负性情绪,缓解心理压力,加速患者康复,提高了护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the method and effect of high-quality care for elderly patients with uterine prolapse. Methods50 elderly patients with uterine prolapse treated by high-quality care in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the experimental group, and other 50 elderly patients with uterine prolapse treated by conventional care in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 were selected as the control group. The nursing effect and care satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The care satisfaction of the experimental group was 92%, significantly higher than 60% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the improvement in depression and anxiety of the experimental group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High-quality care program helps to improve the negative emotions of the elderly patients with uterine prolapse, relieve psychological stress, accelerate the rehabilitation of the patients, increase nursing satis-faction, which is worthy of promotion and application.
