高密度脂蛋白在动脉粥样硬化患者免疫学的作用机制 被引量:4

摘要 高密度脂蛋白与动脉粥样硬化关系密切,高密度脂蛋白通过减少细胞因子释放、粘附分子表达、抑制白细胞迁移至动脉壁、中和脂多糖的细胞毒性作用、抑制巨噬细胞的抗原提呈功能而抑制免疫反应,已成为参与免疫反应的主要蛋白。动脉粥样硬化患者的高密度脂蛋白的组成和性质发生了改变,抑制相关免疫反应。因此,该文对不同性质、不同功能的高密度脂蛋白与动脉粥样硬化的相关免疫学作用做一综述。
