快速性心律失常是一种常见的心脏传导功能失调性疾病,目前西医以药物控制为主,昂贵且不良反应大。随着中医针灸的不断发展,其在临床运用中体现出独有的优势。内关穴为手厥阴心包经之络穴,有宁心安神、活血通络之效。该文通过收集近年来国内以内关为主穴治疗快速性心律失常的相关临床研究,了解临床中内关穴治疗快速性心律失常的现状,旨在更好地指导临床工作。

Tachyarrhythmia is a common disease of the heart conduction function disorders, At present, western medicine mainly uses drug to control the fast heart rate, which ＇s expensive and with unavoidable side effect. The unique advantages in the clinical treatment of acupuncture have developed. Neiguan acupoint（PC6）, the luo-connecting point of the Pericardium meridian, which is for clamming heart and spirit, circulating blood and smoothing collaterals. This paper collected the clinical studies about the PC6 for Tachyarrhythmia in China, to learn the situation of this treatment, and then to guide the clinical work better.
