螺旋CT对急腹症病因诊断的价值探讨

目的探讨螺旋CT在急腹症病因诊断中的应用价值。方法结合2011年10月—2014年7月该院收治的280例急腹症患者的临床资料,将患者接受治疗之前的螺旋CT影像检查结果和患者的手术、病理证实、随访结果进行对照,并深入研究螺旋CT检查在急腹症患者病因诊断中的应用价值。结果在螺旋CT的诊断中,阳性例数为258例,阴性22例,多层螺旋CT的阳性诊断率为92.14%;经由手术、病理证实和随访结果病理结果证实急腹症阳性病例为267例,阴性13例。结论螺旋CT在急腹症的病因诊断中具有极高的应用价值,并且具有操作简便、扫描速度快、诊断准确率高的特点,值得临床应用和推广使用。

Objective To explore the application value of spiral CT in the etiological diagnosis of acute abdomen. Methods Combined with the clinical data of 280 cases with acute abdomen admitted in our hospital from 2011 October to 2014 July, the inspection results of spiral CT imaging of the patients before treatment were compared with those of the surgery and pathology and follow-up. And the application value of spiral CT in the etiological diagnosis of acute abdomen was studied in-depthly. Results Diagnosed by spiral CT, 258 cases were positive, 22 cases were negative, the positive diagnosis rate of multi-slice spiral CT was 92.14%; the results of operation, pathology and follow-up confirmed that there were 267 positive cases, and 13 negative cases. Conclusion Spiral CT has great application value in the etiological diagnosis of acute abdomen with the advantages of simple operation, fast scanning speed, high accuracy rate of diagnosis, therefore it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
