腹腔镜胆囊切除术的并发症研究

Complications of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的对于腹腔镜胆囊切除术后出现的常见并发症,发生原因以及预防措施进行分析研究。方法选取2010年5月—2014年5月期间行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术治疗的720例患者的临床资料,分析手术常见并发症。结果在720例患者中,共发现并发症22例,并发症中,以皮下气肿5例(22.7%)、胆管损伤3例(13.6%)以及胆漏4例(18.1%)的发病率较高。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术是较为可靠的治疗方式,针对并发症的特征,做好针对预防是必要的。

Objective To analyze and study the reasons that cause the common complications after laparoscopic cholecystectomy and corresponding preventive measures. Methods The clinical data of 720 cases underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy from 2010 May to 2014 May were selected. And the common complications of the operation were analyzed. Results Of the 720 ,patients, 22 cases were found with complications, including 5 cases（22.7%） with subcutaneous emphysema, 3 cases（13.6%） with bile duct injury, 4 cases（18.1%） with bile leakage, the morbidity of these three complications was higher. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is a reliable way of treatment, but targeted prevention should be well done based on the characteristics of complications.
