Open reduction and cannulated screw fixation of femoral neck fracture in children

目的探讨切开复位空心松质骨螺钉内固定治疗儿童股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法于2007年1月—2012年12月收集儿童股骨颈骨折共28例,采用切开复位空心松质骨螺钉的治疗方法。结果所有病例均获得随访,随访时间5~64个月,平均随访时间16.5个月。治疗效果：20例优,4例良,3例可,1例差,优良率达85.7%。结论切开复位空心松质骨螺钉内固定是治疗儿童股骨颈骨折的有效方法,其疗效显著,内固定可靠,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of open reduction and cannulated screw interal fixation for the treatment of femoral neck fracture in children. Methods In 2007 January to 2012 December 28 cases treated by open reduction and cannulated screws of femoral neck fracture were collected： male 16 cases, female 12 cases, age 4-14 years old, average 10.1 years old. According to Delbet classification, there were 14 cases of type Ⅱ, 9 cases of type Ⅲ and 5 cases type IV. Results All cases were followed up for 5-64 months with an average of 16.5 months. 20 cases were excellent, 4 cases good, 3 cases, 1 cases of poor, the excellent and good rate was 85.7%. Conclusion Open reduction and cannulated screw internal fixation is an effective method for the treatment of femoral neck fracture in children, the effect is significant, reliable fixation, worthy of promotion.
