艾滋病皮肤瘙痒误诊2例原因分析

目的减少临床医生对艾滋病引起的全身瘙痒性皮肤患者的误诊。方法介绍2例皮肤瘙痒疾患为首要症状的艾滋病病人之就诊过程,并就长时间多次误诊原因进行分析和讨论。结果对临床诊断为"痒疹"、"神经性皮炎"等变态反应性皮肤病,使用抗组胺及糖皮质激素等药物治疗难以奏效的瘙痒性皮肤病,又不能用一般疾病来解释时,应仔细询问病史和行相关实验室检查,避免误诊。结论临床医生应警惕对久治未愈全身瘙痒性皮肤为艾滋病引起的防治意识。

Objective To reduce the clinician to AIDS caused by systemic pruritus patients misdiagnosed.Methods Presentation of 2 cases of itchy skin disease rash as the primary symptom of AIDS patients during treatment,and the causes of misdiagnosis were analyzed and discussed many times.Results The clinical diagnosis was ＂ eczema＂ and other allergic skin disease,the use of antihistamines and corticosteroids and other drugs in the treatment of difficult to pruritic skin diseases,it can be used to explain the general disease,should be careful history-taking and relevant laboratory examination,to avoid misdiagnosis.Conclusion Clinicians should be to strengthen AIDS caused by systemic pruritus patients awareness.
