中药炮制是祖国医学的重要组成部分,是值得继承和发展的非物质文化遗产,然而由于客观发展的局限性,中药炮制发展空间受到很大限制,笔者通过探索食醋的市场现状、炮制用辅料醋现状、提出存在的问题,并提出解决问题的办法和思路。
