提高心肺复苏急救护理技能的相关研究及在临床急救中的应用

Research to improve the cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills and clinical application of the nursing in emergency treatment

目的通过探讨提高心肺复苏急救护理技能对于提高临床急救有效率的疗效。方法选择在我院接受急诊治疗的186例患者,随机平均分成研究组和对照组,对照组给予常规抢救方式,研究组对医护人员进行提高心肺复苏急救护理技能。结果研究组患者基本生命支持5 min完成率为87.10%、抢救成功率为65.59%、抢救成活率为23.66%、护理满意度为94.62%,研究组显著优于对照组,且P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结论对医护人员进行提高心肺复苏急救护理技能对于提高综合急救能力和抢救成功率有着重要临床应用价值。

Objective Through the discussion on how to improve the cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills for nursing can improve the curative effect of clinical treatment efficiency.Methods Received emergency treatment in our hospital patients, were randomly divided into study group and control group, the control group was given conventional treatment, the study group on the medical staff to improve the cardiopulmonary resuscitation and emergency nursing skills.Results Patients in study group received basic life support 5 min completion rate was 87.10%, the successful rate was 65.59%, survival rate was 23.66%, nursing satisfaction was94.62%, the study group was significantly better than the control group, and there was significant difference in P0.05.Conclusion The medical staff to improve the cardiopulmonary resuscitation care skills for improving the comprehensive emergency capacity and the rescue success rate has important clinical application value.
