前列地尔所致静脉炎的原因分析及相应对策

前列地尔是改善心脑血管的常用药物,由于其疗效显著,被广泛应用于临床。前列地尔主要成份为前列腺素E1(Prostaglandin E1,PGE1),它能扩张血管,改善微循环,但是PGE1本身为致痛、致炎物质,如不注意临床保存、配置与输注等,易导致静脉炎的发生。给患者带来躯体痛苦,也不利于治疗、护理的正常进行,还可能导致医患纠纷的发生。根据对2013年6月—2014年5月我们神经-康复-高压氧联合诊疗中心B区用前列地尔治疗的450例患者进行的观察,有32例患者发生了静脉炎,静脉炎的发生率为7.1%。针对此种情况,对其相关因素进行了分析,并采取了相应的对策,现汇报如下。

Alprostadil is a commonly used drug to improve cardiovascular and cerebrovascular,due to its significant effect, is widely used in clinical Alprostadil consists chiefly of prostaglandin E1 （Prostaglandin E1, PGE1）, it can expand blood vessels, im-proving microcirculation,But PGE1 itself isinduced pain,inflammatory substances, If do not pay attention to clinical preservation, configuration and infusion etc,easily lead to the occurrence of phlebitis.Bring patients physical suffering,is not conducive to the treatment,nursing is normal, but also may lead to the occurrence of medical disputes. Based on the observation of 450 patients in 2013 June to 2014 May in ourdepartment of neurological rehabilitation with alprostadil？treatment,Have phlebitis in 32 patients ,the incidence rate of phlebitis was 7.1%.In view of this situation,the relevant factors wereanalyzed,and corresponding countermeasures, the report is as follows.
